Bookstore for sale!! Great for online seller or instant retail location bookstore!! Complete bookstore with approximately 5,000 titles and shelves if desired (see photos.) Successful online store on several venues since 2003, with stock continuously updated and replenished with saleable books. Stock consists of about 4700 regular size paperbacks (easiest for worldwide shipping) and about 300 hardcovers and trade paperbacks. 90% listed as 'good' or 'very good' condition. About 2% are listed as 'like new' and the rest are in 'acceptable' condition, meaning possibly tanned or cover-creased, but in good reading condition. There are no books that are in unacceptable condition to sell, such as with loose pages/binding, missing covers, or with unpleasant odors. There are no encyclopedia sets, 'condensed book' collections, and other unsaleable book types. Genres are more than 50% mystery/thriller, with the rest divided between horror, western/adult western, sci-fi/fantasy, action/adventure and less than 1% romance. About 300 paperbacks and most of the hardcovers are nonfiction like biographies, true crime, health, diet, how-to, etc. There are less than 100 hardcover fiction books, most with dust jackets, some 1st editions. There are also some popular children's books. Of the total stock, about 4500 titles are listed in our database, and if desired, the winner can have a copy of the database Excel file that can be easily edited and imported into your listing tool. Those titles can added to an existing online inventory with a minimum of effort. Only the listed books are pictured on the shelves--the 500 or so that have not yet been listed are separate. Due to size of inventory, winner must pick up or arrange for packing and shipping. We are located in Northeast Oregon, approx. 4-5 hours from Portland or Seattle.
