Limited to a print run of 275 numbered copies (of which this volume is #90). Measures 13 1/2" x 10 1/2". Unpaginated. Print quality is exceptional. Has the feel of an expensive antiquarian art book.  Profusely illustrated with photographs of the house built by McKim, Mead and White at the northeast corner of Fith Avenue and 68th Street. Further the catalogue comprises 922 lots of art & furniture. The catalogue is sewn, with blind boards covered with a folding original printed wrapper. CONDITION: Book is in Fine Condition with Dust Jacket in Near Fine condition. Wrapper has faint wear -- mainly a few light scuffs around upper corner of front. Otherwise clean with no writing or stains. Gilted lettering and back gilted logo on wrapper are clearly visible. Interior pages are white with sharp print, Spine is tight and square. Overall an exceptionally clean copy of a scarce title that is only known to exist in poor condition.
