None of them are falling apart and are good collecrible copies that will appreciate in price with time. WIth the exception of  Road Oz ( that never had color plates), all of the books have all required color plates and illustration, indicating that they were published somewhere in 1920s and before 1935 when color plates were discontinued to reduce cost of printing. So in avearge they are around 90 years old.  All books are complete but some books might have small tears or name of the owner written inside, but nothing major that will destruct a reader or collector. If you are not willing to spend over $10,000 for 1st edition set, then this is the next most valuable type of books. Wizard of Oz and Dorothy with the Wizard of Oz contains 16 color plates each. Ozma of Oz and Patchwork Girl of Oz contains around 40 color illsutrations, Road to  Oz never had color plates and remaining titles contains 12 color plates as required. I placed around 50 photos of this set, so you can get a very good idea of condition of each book. For each book I took 2-3 photos ( book cover, Title page with color plates and advertisement section  if it is available that helps with identifing printing year based on the last known Oz title at the time of prinitng). For the Road to Oz and Wizard of Oz I took a photo of inscriptions that helps with identifying printing year. I placed my comments above few photos to help provide additional information. Each books is protected in archival covers that provides additional glare in the photos below. According to Bibliographia Oziana, this is a 1st edition 3rd state copy. This title Printed in 1923 based on the last know Oz title at the time of publishing is Cowardly Lion of  Oz This Road to Oz title looks like printed in 1931 based on the Christmas inscription below. It was very common to receive an Oz books as a present at Christmas time. Also only early copies of Road to Oz contains name of the published Reilly & Lee on the bottom of the spine in bold text. This title is printed in 1920, since last known Oz title at the time of publishing is Glinda of Oz Based on the inscription this book is printed before 1915. It is 3rd edition 1st state.
