Printed on Paris, by Abel l'Angelier in 1607. Size : in-4, ff. (4), 127, (5). Title-page printed in red and black, with a beautiful hunting scene, 30 almost full-page plates of falcons, eagles and other birds of prey. Numerous decorative woodcut initials, text slightly damp-stained, a few leaves finely restored at the top and bottom margins, not affecting the text/letterpress. Last three leaves supplied in a fine facsimile, normally bound at the end. 18th century French mottled calf, spine gilt, rubbed, joints slightly cracked but a solid binding.  GOOD COPY of this scarce book.
