Spine - Top quarter has silver etched design and title - the rest of the spine has embossed flower decorations - the head and tail show wear. Binding - All pages are securely in tact - front hinge is cracked - rear hinge is starting. Pages - Uniform tanning on all pages - they seem a little brittle - no writing - no tears - PO stamp is on FFEP “Leroy W. Elphick, Lima Centor, Wis, 1905”.
